The Arena Leisure Centre will be running a weight management course from 25th January to March (12 weeks) along the same lines as the Public Health funded course last year, this course will not be free but is subsidised by SHBC and costs £35, Wednesday sessions are from 09:30-10:30 and Thursday sessions are from 19:30 – 20:30.
