Safe Haven Camberley is open on Mondays and Fridays from 18:00 to 23:00. 

The drop in centre in a former hairdresser’s salon at 147 London Road, Camberly GU15 3JY, will offer a safe, calm and friendly welcome for people and carers in need of emotional and mental support - no appointment is needed. It builds on the success of the Safe Haven Aldershot which opened at the end of 2014 to provide a safe and supportive alternative to A&E when people are in need.  

A range of interventions for mild to severe mental health conditions including Mindfulness Group Sessions, supportive workshops and one to one therapy, approved by NICE (the National Institute of Clinical Excellence). Clinics are held in central Camberley and at Heatherside Surgery.
